A sketch is figment of imagination on paper, it has a personal touch of its own. Why? Because we dream in black and white thats why pecil on paper facinates us.
Though it may seems an offshoot of a photograph, but what makes a sketch special is the time spent, the effort put in and ofcourse the freedom of imagination. You may add delete at will, one can simplify kne part of the picture in a sketch to bring out a particular subject.
A sketch makes a perfect gift, a loving memory, and the medium pencil unlike colors never fades away with time literally. You take care of the paper frame it preserve it the pencil markings however faint they maybe will not fade away with time.
We draw your favourite picture into sketch by hand, if you have been to a place and missed a special someone give us two or more separate pictures. We will put them together in the sketch for you.
What we need will be a high definition picture of you and your loved one preferably closeup (potraits are better and more personal). Closeup has more facial details then full body pictures.
We reserve the right to use, selection or rejection of supplied pictures owing to their clarity and exposure, also the posture, background and position of subjects in the final compilation. We will not draw or accept images that have nude or objectionble content.
You are advised to obtain permission and consent of all the subjects that you want the final project to avoid any legal issues that may arise later. It will be endorsed at the back how many pictures were used to compile the final project with their thumbnails.
Kindly ensure there are no shadows on faces or too bright backgrounds resulting in balckened faces. For reference we take a print of the photograph from a normal printer on a normal paper if the pictures are dark they dont make good reference.
Kindly donot edit or process the picture on your own, we do this everyday and its not required we will pick up only the subjects that are required in the final project. Trust us we do this everyday.
The size of sketch will not be more than A3 (for convenience in transit). If requested we will mail stage wise pictures on the compilation before dispatch till completion on email in low resolution only.
Cost
Though its desireable that you pay in advance but if for some reason you cant then still mail us your pictures u need us to work on we will mail you initial base drawing without details. You may decide to pay us then if not on your request we will delete pictures mailed by you.
Cost of a single potrait will be Rs 2000 on a 140 GSM paper. Adding additional subject not in original photograph will cost another Rs250 each. We donot make more than four subjects in a single potrait, remember maximum size of paper is A3. Too many will become too crowded.
framing adds another 320 (with Black 1 inch mount coffee or black moulded frame) though we will pack appropriately but in our country fragile means nothing to anyone here so there is no guarantee for the glass in transit. We strongly suggest you do it on your own.
Courier and packing charges Rs 250-300.
